Broad's line and length to Anderson is pretty spot on, but the Kiwi all-rounder is leaving the ball well outside his off stump. Although just as I write that, Anderson drives forward with a big waft and misses, nearly edging behind. Anderson looks annoyed with himself, not for attempting the shot but for missing. So he has another crack the very next ball and this time smahes it straight for a glorious four.

Good bowling from Wood. The cloud cover is now helping the ball move a little as Williamson is undone by a wobbler. And some late swing almost takes the inside edge of Anderson's bat, as he tries to pull his bat away.

Broad continues at the other end - and more frustrating byes as a wide one down the leg side dies on the pitch and under the gloves of a diving Buttler.
